当前,随着我国市场经济体制改革步伐的不断加快,各种新问题不断涌现,我们必须要小心翼翼地走好每一步,才能使改革发展的大业不断向前推进。为此,就需要持续发挥企业基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用、模范带头作用,全面做好企业的基层党建工作。文章分别从三个方面探讨了做好企业党建工作的着力点1:、进一步加强企业领导班子建设2、进一步推进企业文化建设3、进一步加大活动载体的创新力度。文中就每种方式所应采取的做法又提出了一些具体可行的建议。
At present, as the pace of market economy reform in our country continues to accelerate and various new problems continue to emerge, we must take every step with great care so that the great cause of reform and development can continue to move forward. To this end, we need to continue to play a role as a battle bastion for enterprises’ grass-roots party organizations, take an exemplary role in leadership and do a good job in building grass-roots party building in an all-round way. The article explores the key points of doing a good job in party building in enterprises from three aspects: 1, further strengthening the building of enterprise leadership 2, further promoting the building of enterprise culture 3, and further increasing the innovation of activity carriers. The paper also put forward some concrete and feasible suggestions on the methods to be adopted for each method.
