铍在pH8.5的NH_4Cl-NH_8·H_2O溶液中,形成一良好的导数极谱波,峰电位EP=-0.42(V_(vs).SCE),峰电流与Be ̄(2+)的浓度在2.0×1O ̄(-8)~2.0×10 ̄(-6)mol/L 范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10 ̄(-8)mol/L。用循环伏安法等电化学手段研究了极谱波的性质及其机理,实验表明为结合吸附波,本法直接用于矿石中痕量铍的测定,结果较好。
Beryllium formed a good derivative polarographic wave in pH 8.5 NH_4Cl-NH_8 · H_2O solution with a peak potential of EP = -0.42 (V_ (vs) .SCE), peak current and concentration of Be_ (2+) The linear range was 2.0 × 10 ~ (-8) ~ 2.0 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / L with the detection limit of 1.0 × 10 ~ (-8) mol / L. The properties and mechanism of polarographic wave were studied by cyclic voltammetry and other electrochemical methods. The experiment shows that the method is directly applied to the determination of trace beryllium in ore with the combination of adsorption wave and the result is better.
