珠海地区初夏,通过在楼房仓储粮中实施微电脑自动定时通风,实现夏季夜间自动通风排除仓内积热。试验表明:通过夜间通风降温、排除积热,试验仓的仓温低于对照仓0.5℃~1.0℃,可在一定程度上控制仓温的升高;试验仓的仓温均低于对照仓1.0℃以上,对粮温上升的控制是有效的;在湿度较高的通风排积热后,不会引起试验仓粮食含水量的明显增加,进行通风排积热是可行的。实施微电脑定时开关通风节省了人力、减缓了粮食品质变化、减少了粮食减量、减少了害虫的发生,节能有效,符合绿色储粮的发展要求。
Early summer in Zhuhai, through the implementation of micro-computer in the building storage grain automatic timing ventilation, summer night to achieve automatic ventilation to exclude the accumulation of heat. The experiment shows that: by night ventilation and cooling, excluding the accumulated heat, the temperature in the test chamber is lower than that of the control chamber by 0.5 ℃ ~ 1.0 ℃, which can control the increase of the chamber temperature to a certain extent; ℃, the control of grain temperature rise is effective; after the high humidity ventilation row heat, it will not cause significant increase of grain moisture in the test chamber, ventilation row heat is feasible. The implementation of microcomputer timing switch ventilation to save manpower, slow down the changes in food quality, reduce food reduction and reduce the occurrence of pests, energy saving, in line with the development of green grain storage requirements.
