行政权力的行使必须遵循道德原则。行使行政权力遵循道德原则 ,就是要在行使行政权力时坚持真、善、美的统一。行使权力坚持真理原则就是坚持了行使权力的“真”;行使权力坚持公正原则和正义原则就是坚持了行使权力的“善”;行使权力坚持廉洁原则就是坚持了行使权力的“美”。
The exercise of administrative power must follow the principle of morality. To exercise administrative power in accordance with the moral principle means to uphold the unification of truth, goodness and beauty when exercising administrative power. To adhere to the principle of truth in exercising power is to insist on the “truth” of exercising power; to adhere to the principle of fairness and justice in exercise of power means upholding the “goodness” of exercising power; and insisting on the principle of integrity in exercise of power adhere to the “beauty” in exercising power.
