1月29日至30日,全省宣传部长会议在兰州召开。会议传达了全国宣传部长会议精神,按照中央和省委对2000年工作的总体要求,分析当前宣传思想工作的形势,总结1999年的工作,安排部署2000年工作。省委副书记仲兆隆同志出席会议并作了重要讲话,省委常委,宣传部长马西林同志主持会议并就《2000年全省宣传思想工作要点》作了说明。仲兆隆同志对1999年全省宣传思想工作给予了充分肯定。指出了今年宣传思想工作的着力点:第一,抓主体——以理想信念教育为核心,大力加强和改进思想政治工作。第二,抓重点——为西部大开发战略的实施营造良好的社会环境。第三,抓阵地——用积极向上、健康有益的精神产品占领宣传文化阵地。第四,抓创新——不断改进宣传思想工作的方式方法。按照中央和省委对宣传思想工作新的部署,今年全省宣传思想工作的指导思想是:认真贯彻落实江泽民同志的重要批示,深入学习、宣传、贯彻党的十五大和省九
