我国中部与东部地区出口占全国比重的差距,1990年是52.3个百分点,到2001年却惊人的扩大到86.75个百分点。从个例研究中不难看出,近年来中部地区外经贸企业的客户大量流向东部是这一差距扩大化的重要成因之一。面对当前世界经济趋缓和人世后大批跨国公司入驻的严峻形势,国内地方外经贸企业争夺和挖掘国际客户的竞争越来越激烈。中部地区外经贸企业可向客户交付的价值和可供外商选择的资源配置及市场空间越来越少,同东部相比吸引和留住外商的支配力越来越弱。遏止客户流
The disparity in the proportion of China’s exports to the central and eastern regions from the national average was 52.3 percentage points in 1990 and an alarming 86.375 percentage points in 2001. It is easy to see from a case study that in recent years, a large number of customers from foreign trade enterprises in the central region have been flowing to the east, which is one of the important causes of the widening of this gap. Faced with the current grim situation in which the world economy is slowing down and a large number of multinational corporations have settled down after their deathbed, the competition for domestic foreign economic and trade enterprises to compete for international customers has become increasingly fierce.
