目的探讨封闭负压吸引(VSD)技术在骨科大面积软组织损伤等所致难愈性创面应用的疗效观察及护理体会。方法对3例大面积软组织损伤及1例股骨颈骨折术后伤口延期愈合的病人使用VSD技术进行治疗。结果每7～10天更换一次装置,2例植皮后愈合,创面平均愈合时间20～40天。结论负压吸引技术在治疗难愈性创面的临床工作中,可以很好地保护创面,缩短病程,减少换药次数,减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing experience of closed negative pressure suction (VSD) on the refractory wounds caused by large area soft tissue injuries in orthopedics. Methods Three cases of large area soft tissue injury and one case of postoperative wound healing after femoral neck fracture were treated with VSD technique. Results The device was replaced every 7-10 days. Two cases were healed after skin grafting. The average wound healing time was 20-40 days. Conclusion The negative pressure suction technique can effectively protect wounds, shorten the course of the wound, reduce the frequency of dressing changes and relieve the suffering of patients during the clinical treatment of refractory wounds.
