近日出版的《学习时报》刊发文章说,中国2010年第二季度经济总量超过日本,成为世界第二大经济实体,但是中国民众和学者总体上表现出超过以往的冷静。有学者指出,经济大国未必是经济强国,要理性看待“世界第二”。
Recently published in the “Study Times” published an article that China’s economy in the second quarter of 2010 surpassed Japan to become the world’s second largest economy, but Chinese people and academics on the whole show more than usual calm. Some scholars pointed out that the economic power may not be a powerful country and should be treated rationally as the “second world”.
