液压双轮铣槽机是目前世界上最先进的成槽设备之一, 三峡二期上游土石围堰右岸连接段防渗墙试验为国内首次应用液压铣进行的防渗墙试验。通过试验, 培训液压铣施工管理和操作人员, 验证设备对各种地层的适应性和钻进工效。试验证明, 三峡地区防渗墙施工宜采用液压铣配合冲击钻、重锤和孔内钻爆及上铣下钻等综合成槽工艺。石渣、砾石等漏浆地层采用液压铣纯铣成槽施工时, 宜先采取堵漏措施。超声波测井仪与重锤法的孔斜测量结果均可满足工程要求, 但液压铣测斜仪不能满足孔斜测量要求。长江委三峡工程建设监理工程师认真负责, 严格监理。在参建各方的共同努力下, 该试验工程质量满足三峡二期围堰整体防渗要求, 施工进度和合同支付均得到有效控制, 满足合同要求
