近年来我国的经济体系得到了一定的改革,相关的法律法规也变得更加完善。而只有充分发挥出现代律师在企业中的法律服务职能,并进行企业的依法管理,才能够推动该企业经济的健康发展。本文就新形势下企业构建法律顾问制度的必要性进行了分析研究。
In recent years, China’s economic system has been a certain reform, the relevant laws and regulations have become more perfect. Only by giving full play to the legal services of modern lawyers in the enterprises and carrying out the management according to law by the enterprises can we promote the healthy development of the economy of the enterprises. This article analyzes the necessity of constructing legal consultant system in the new situation.
