鉴于影响石油开采有各种因素,因此不得不强调在开发和生产小储量油田时需要进行详细的费用控制,EGPC把具有大约5×10~6bbl可采储量的油田划分为边远油田。过去,在埃及认为这种开采是不经济的,几年前,EGPC通过它的作业公司引进并采用了许多国际大公司使用的新的管理系统,用于减少作业费用的方法如下:①EGPC为作业公司提供钻井、开采和加工的各种可用技术信息;②设施共享;③开发西部边远沙漠油田时利用现有管网;④使用早期的生产系统评价油田,以便使投资减至最小。本文将提供并讨论Aglba在开发和开采边远油田时的经验,作为实例,本文将提供由Aglba会体工作人员完成的RasEl-hekma和Zarif油田的开发和开采情况。
In view of the various factors affecting the oil production, it is necessary to emphasize the need for detailed cost control in the development and production of small reserves. EGPC divides oilfields with recoverable reserves of about 5 × 10-6bbl into remote ones. In the past, it was uneconomical in Egypt that such exploitation was not economical. Several years ago, EGPC, through its operating companies, introduced and implemented a new management system used by many international companies to reduce operating costs as follows: The company provides a variety of available technical information for drilling, mining and processing; ② facilities sharing; ③ the use of existing pipe networks for the development of remote desert oil fields in the west; and ④ the use of early production systems to evaluate oil fields to minimize investment. This article will provide and discuss Aglba’s experience in the development and exploitation of remote oil fields. As an example, this article will provide the development and extraction of the Ras El-Hekma and Zarif fields completed by the Aglba Society staff.
