对50例正常人和100例咽异感症患者行心理问卷、直立试验、心电图R－R间期变动系数（CVR-R）测定。对照结果发现，患病组显示了CVR-R值较正常组低下，直立试验和心理问卷两组间有明显差异，但心理问卷异常与CVR-R值无明显相关。说明患病组有自主神经系统不平衡。
Psychological questionnaires, upright tests and R-R interval-time coefficient of variation (CVR-R) were performed in 50 normal subjects and 100 patients with pharyngeal dysarthria. The control group showed that the CVR-R values in the diseased group were lower than those in the normal group, and there was significant difference between the erection test and the psychological questionnaire. However, there was no significant correlation between the abnormal psychological questionnaire and the CVR-R value. Indicating that the diseased group has an autonomic nervous system imbalance.
