肾紫癜或称紫癜性肾炎常见于儿童,成人罕见。我院自1979年来收治2例,报告如下。例1、女、39岁,患者于7天前突然右下腔绞痛,向会阴部放射。后呈现严重肉眼血尿,并带血块。当地医院对症处理无效转入我院。既往曾患肺结核及行阑尾切除术。体检:全身皮肤末见出血点、紫斑及皮疹。心肺正常,右下腹壁有手术瘢痕。腹软、无压痛及反跳痛,来触到包块,两肾下极未及。右肋脊角压痛(+),右肾区叩击痛(+).尿常规蛋白(+),红细胞满视野。血色素6.5克,出凝血时间正常,血小板10万/mm~3,血沉98mm/h,非蛋白氮36mg％,凝血酶原时间15秒。尿细胞学检查未见癌细胞。膀胱镜检查为慢性膀胱炎。肾图提示左肾正常,
Renal purpura or purpuric nephritis common in children, adults rare. Our hospital since 1979 to treat 2 cases, the report is as follows. Right rib ridge tenderness (+), Right kidney area percussion pain (+). Urine protein (+), red blood cells full field. Hemoglobin 6.5 grams, the normal clotting time, platelets 100,000 / mm ~ 3, ESR 98mm / h, non-protein nitrogen 36mg%, prothrombin time 15 seconds. Urinary cytology no cancer cells. Cystoscopy for chronic cystitis. Renal diagram prompted the left kidney normal,
