采用电化学方法,自动记录强制鳞爆时间和测定氢在搪瓷用钢中的扩散行为,表明08TiXt钢热轧叠轧薄板的抗鳞爆性能远远超过搪瓷工业上常用的A3和10号钢,完全达到使用要求。通过测试也表明,热轧状态的钢材抗鳞爆性能高于热轧退火状态的钢材;随着热轧钢材热处理温度的升高,其抗鳞爆性能降低;提高钢材的Ti/(C+N+S)比值,可提高搪瓷用钢的抗鳞爆性能。
