创新是一种新的生产要素与生产条件的新组合,其目的在于获取潜在高额利润。它包括:(1)生产新产品;(2)采用新的生产方式;(3)开辟新的市场;(4)获得新的原材或半成品的供给来源;(5)实行新的组织形式。企业作为科技产业化的主体,离开了科技进步,不致力于技术创新,就谈不上生存和发展。因此技术创新是企业赖以生存的必然选择,是企业永恒发展的不竭动力。可以看出,创新的实质就是在经济活动中引入某种新的生产要素以推动经济发展。为此,我们将创新过程所产生的与创新实质有关的信息称为创新信息,将技术创新过程中所产生的与创新实质有关的信息称为技术创新信息。
Innovation is a new combination of new factors of production and production conditions. Its purpose is to obtain potentially high profits. It includes: (1) production of new products; (2) adoption of new production methods; (3) opening up new markets; (4) access to new sources of raw or semi-finished products; (5) implementation of new organizational forms. As the main body of the industrialization of science and technology, enterprises have left science and technology advancement, and are not committed to technological innovation. Therefore, technological innovation is the inevitable choice for enterprises to survive, and is the inexhaustible driving force for the eternal development of the company. It can be seen that the essence of innovation is to introduce some new production factors in economic activities to promote economic development. To this end, we refer to the innovation-related information generated by the innovation process as innovation information, and the innovation-related information generated during the technological innovation process is called technological innovation information.
