三中全会以来的20年，是我国社会、经济、文化稳定快速发展的20年。20年来所获得的辉煌成绩，不仅在中国，而且在世界发展史上，都可称之为罕见的奇迹。要问产生这个奇迹的主要机理和动力是什么，大家都会说，那就是以1978年的真理标准大讨论为发端的、一次比一次更深刻的三次?
