提出了基于四轴冗余构型的双光源部件冷备份方案,并给出了基于光功率监测的光源故障与光路故障诊断方法。首先设计了单轴光纤陀螺光功率监测电路,分析了光功率监测输出值与到达探测器光功率的传递关系,然后结合四轴光功率值监测结果给出了光源故障判据。实验结果表明四轴光功率监测能有效判别光源故障,为双光源冷备份光纤陀螺组件方案提供了光源故障诊断与处理的依据。
A cold backup scheme based on four-axis redundant configuration for dual-light source components is proposed. A light source fault and light path fault diagnosis method based on optical power monitoring are also presented. Firstly, the optical power monitoring circuit of uniaxial fiber optic gyroscope is designed. The relationship between the optical power monitoring output and the optical power reaching the detector is analyzed. Then, the light source fault criterion is given based on the monitoring results of the four-axis optical power. The experimental results show that the four-axis optical power monitoring can effectively distinguish the light source fault, and provide the basis for the light source fault diagnosis and treatment for the dual light source cold backup FOG assembly scheme.
