The term “stupid money”, from Wall Street, means no return money. For example, the company’s listed fundraising is not concerned with the initial price, but how much “real money” is raised after the fund-raising is completed, that is, “stupid money.” “Stupid money” does not only mean money in a narrow sense, but also “coheses resources”, which is one of the most important political and national administrative resources in society. Second, “stupid money” is the highest level of “direct financing.” If a “stupid money” in a market is now very scarce and scarce in the future, then this market is not a market at all, but a false market. However, “stupid money” must exist. If there is not enough “stupid money” on the market, then the market itself will act as a “stupid money” and play the role of “stupid money”; otherwise, the “market” will die. Corporate managers are not just qualified business personnel. More often than not, they must have the ability to raise “stupid money” for companies. Otherwise, they are not competent entrepreneurs.
