一、概述国军标《军用硝化棉通用规范》适用于军用硝化棉的制造与验收,是比较系统,比较完整的军用硝化棉产品标准。该通用规范是在充分调研、搜集、对比、分析国内外相关标准及资料的基础上,根据我国硝化棉和发射药的生产实际,参照 MIL—N—244A《硝化纤维素》的相关先进内容,按照《国家军用标准编写的暂行规定》的内容和格式要求编写而成的。该通用规范的实施将对我国硝化棉生产、质量保证和质量控制
