我院自1991年至1998年5月间采用开放手术治疗复杂性肾结石48例共50个肾脏,报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组48例,男21例,女27岁;年龄18～67岁,平均45岁。右肾24例,左肾22例,双肾2例。50个肾脏中轻度积液18个,中度积液23个,重度积液7个,单侧肾功能丧失2个。50个肾脏中鹿角形结石32个,占66.7％,其余为肾脏多发性结石及术后复发性肾脏多发结石。50个复杂性结石肾脏中肾内型肾盂42个,占84％,结石最大者充满整个肾盂肾盏,最
Our hospital from 1991 to May 1998 open surgery for the treatment of 48 cases of complicated kidney stones a total of 50 kidneys, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 48 patients, 21 males and 27 females; aged 18 to 67 years, mean 45 years. 24 cases of right kidney, 22 cases of left kidney, 2 cases of kidneys. Eighteen kidneys had mild effusion, 23 moderate effusion, 7 severe effusion and 2 unilateral renal dysfunction. Fifty deer horns were found in 50 kidneys, accounting for 66.7%. The rest were multiple calculi in the kidney and multiple recurrent renal stones. Forty-two nephrons in 42 complicated stones of 50 complex stones accounted for 84%, and the largest stones filled the entire renal pelvis
