研究了威灵仙水煎剂和醇提物对动物胆道系统功能的影响。结果表明两制剂均能促进大鼠肝胆汁分泌。醇提物能促进麻醉犬胆汁分泌及松弛犬总胆管末端括约肌,并直接松弛豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌,对抗组织胺或乙酰胆碱引起的回肠收缩反应。
The effects of decoction and alcohol extract of Weilingxian on the function of biliary system in animals were studied. The results showed that both preparations can promote hepatic bile secretion in rats. Ethanol extract can promote the secretion of bile in anesthetized dogs and relax the canine sphincter of the common bile duct, and directly relaxes the isolated ileum smooth muscle of guinea pig against the contractile reaction of histamine or acetylcholine caused by ileum.
