目的 研究DNA含量及SPF值与胃癌临床病理指标及PCNA表达的关系。方法 应用流式细胞术测定 72例胃癌新鲜组织及 3 1例良性胃粘膜病变新鲜组织的DNA含量及SPF值 ,并采用免疫组织化学方法检测 66例胃癌石蜡切片的PCNALI ,并结合临床资料分析其临床意义。结果 胃癌组的DI( 1.2 1)及异倍体检出率 ( 4 4.44%)明显高于良性胃粘膜病变组 (分别为1.0 5和 9.68%)。胃癌患者中异倍体组的SPF值 ( 2 2 .74%)及PCNALI( 66.12 %)明显高于二倍体组的SPF值 ( 15 .5 8%)及PC NALI( 61.0 3 %) ,高SPF值组的异倍体检出率 ( 67.86%)及PCNALI( 66.89%)明显高于低SPF值组的异倍体检出率 ( 2 1.0 5 %)及PCNALI( 60 .3 4 %)。DNA倍体与患者年龄及肿瘤部位有关 ,SPF值仅与肿瘤部位有关 ,两者均与其他临床病理指标无相关性。结论 胃癌DNA倍体及SPF值均与肿瘤的增殖活性有关。
Objective To study the relationship between DNA content and SPF value and the clinicopathological parameters and PCNA expression in gastric cancer. Methods The DNA content and SPF of 72 fresh gastric cancer tissues and 31 fresh gastric mucosal tissues were detected by flow cytometry. The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PCNALI in 66 cases of gastric cancer paraffin sections and analyzed by clinical data Clinical significance. Results The detection rate of DI (1.2 1) and aneuploidy in gastric cancer group (4.44%) was significantly higher than that in benign gastric mucosal lesions (1.05 and 9.68% respectively). The SPF (22.74%) and PCNALI (66.12%) in aneuploid group were significantly higher than those in diploid group (15.58%) and PC NALI (61.0%) in gastric cancer patients The detection rates of aneuploidy (67.86%) and PCNALI (66.89%) in SPF group were significantly higher than those in low SPF group (2 1.05%) and PCNALI (60.34%). DNA ploidy and patient age and tumor site, SPF value only with the tumor site, both with other clinical and pathological indicators without correlation. Conclusion DNA ploidy and SPF value of gastric cancer are related to the proliferation activity of tumor.
