国家及自治区提出公共图书馆免费开放后,昌吉州对州、县市两级公共图书馆进行了认真的调研。本文通过对各馆现状的分析和应对国家及自治区公共图书馆免费开放的要求,提出了相应的措施。
After the state and the autonomous region proposed that the public library should be opened for free, Changji Prefecture conducted a serious investigation into the public libraries at the state, county and city levels. This article puts forward the corresponding measures through the analysis of the status quo of each museum and the request of the public libraries in the state and autonomous regions to be free and open.
