随着我国加入了WTO以来,国内的竞争也日益激烈,这对于企业来说,意味着是新的机遇和挑战,为此必须采取信息化发展战略。ERP的核心理念就是实现在企业经营管理中对信息资源进行的整合与管理,是一种新型的现代化管理。本文从企业的内部和外部出发,分析了我国企业在实施ERP过程中存在的问题,并就其提出了解决对策。
With China’s accession to the WTO, the domestic competition is also increasingly fierce, which means that enterprises are a new opportunity and challenge, therefore, we must adopt the information development strategy. The core concept of ERP is to realize the integration and management of information resources in the business management, which is a new type of modern management. Based on the internal and external of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing ERP in our country and puts forward some countermeasures.
