本文报道羧胺醛(7603,甲基亚胺二乙酸香草醛)的毒理学(急性毒性、蓄积毒性和长期慢性毒性)研究和正常人试用情况。结果表明,羧胺醛的毒性是低的;3例志愿健康人试用除注射局部有胀痛感外,未观察到其他毒副作用。
This paper reports toxicological studies (acute toxicity, cumulative toxicity, and long-term chronic toxicity) of carboxaminoaldehyde (7603, methylimine diacetic vanillin) and trials in normal subjects. The results showed that the toxicity of carboxaldehyde was low; 3 volunteers had no other toxic side effects except for the injection of local pain.
