私营中小企业因资金、人才等因素的限制,可能摆在其面前的最重要的任务就是生存。相比较大型企业,私营中小企业的规范化管理存在很多缺陷,但其企业主体能够及时综合各方面的因素,从而调整企业的战略方向,这显然是大型企业所不具备的。探究两者之间管理的特性差异,对完善企业的管理有着非常重要的意义。论文以德国中小企业管理理论为例,对这类问题进行了总结。
Private SMEs due to funding, personnel and other factors, may be placed in front of the most important task is to survive. Compared with the larger enterprises, there are many defects in the standardized management of private SMEs. However, the main body of an enterprise can synthesize various factors in time to adjust the strategic direction of the enterprises, which is obviously not available to large enterprises. To explore the differences in the characteristics of the management between the two has a very important significance for improving the management of enterprises. The thesis takes German SME management theory as an example to summarize such problems.
