近日翻阅了近两年各地发生的违纪违规案例,从违纪违规性质来看,违规操作侵占客户和公司利益的占多数;从违纪违规人群来看,呈现“两低”特点,即低职级和低年龄,其中营业员、客户经理等具有一定权限的基层员工违纪违规不在少数。由此引发笔者思考,基层成为违纪违规现象多发、易发之地,那么作为基层班组长,在廉政建设方面应该承担什么责任,如何自我定位呢?
