目的探讨品管圈在提高低年资护士评估意外风险能力的作用。方法按照选定主题、拟定活动计划书、把握现状、设定目标、解析、拟定对策、实施与检讨对策、确认效果、标准化、检讨与改进等步骤实施。结果通过效果确认,错误率由45%降低为12%。针对重视度不够,定期学习不良事件,提高护士责任心,加强科室监督管理之后,错误率由36%降低至14%。通过公式计算得知,目标达成率为107%,进步率为60%。结论品管圈能有效的提高低年资护士评估意外风险的准确率。
Objective To explore the role of quality control circle in improving the ability of nurses to evaluate accidental risks in low-grade nurses. Methods According to the selected topic, draw up an activity plan, grasp the status quo, set goals, analyze and formulate countermeasures, implement and review countermeasures, and confirm the implementation of such steps as effectiveness, standardization, review and improvement. Results confirmed by the effect, the error rate decreased from 45% to 12%. In view of insufficient attention, regular learning of adverse events, nurses to improve the sense of responsibility and strengthen supervision and management departments, the error rate from 36% to 14%. Calculated by the formula, the goal of reaching 107%, the progress rate of 60%. Conclusions Quality control loop can effectively improve the accuracy of low-risk nurses in assessing accidental risks.
