农村能源建设是促进农村经济发展的重要措施之一，本文主要论述了对农村能源项目进行后评价的必要性，农村能源项目后评价的特点及评价时应注意的问题。
Rural energy construction is one of the important measures to promote rural economic development. This paper mainly discusses the necessity of post-evaluation of rural energy projects, the characteristics of post-evaluation of rural energy projects and the problems to be noticed in the evaluation.
