用聚酰胺薄膜分离黄芩甙，薄层扫描法测定太子咽喉净口服液中黄芩甙的含量。方法简便，重现性好，平均回收率１００．４２％，变异系数２．６６％。

Baicalin was separated with polyamide membrane and the content of baicalin in Prince Lanyuhuan oral liquid was determined by TLC scanning. The method is simple and reproducible, with an average recovery of 100.42% and a coefficient of variation of 2.66%.
