要想保证幼儿园的教学效果,幼儿园教师就需要做好幼儿的家长工作,只有通过对幼儿全方面的了解,才能够更好地为幼儿成长做出贡献。基于此,本文提出了五点有效开展幼儿园家长工作的策略。用心对待每一位孩子,赢得家长信任开展幼儿园家长工作的主要目的,是通过与家长的有效沟通,更了解幼儿在家庭中的实际情况。基于此,笔者结合自身教育经验,建议各位幼儿园教师在开展家长工作前,需要用心对待每一位幼儿。一
