受文化部委托,酝酿四年之久的全国高等音乐院校研究所工作研讨会,于1989年10月31日至11月4日在上海音乐学院举行,参加会议的有中央、上海、中国、天津、沈阳、西安、四川、武汉、星海音乐学院和云南、广西、吉林、山东、南京艺术学院等13所院校音乐(艺术)研究所的负责人以及主管音乐科研的院长24人。参加会议的还有《人民音乐》、《音乐研究》、《中国音乐报》
The seminar, which was commissioned by the Ministry of Culture and planned for more than four years, was held at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music from October 31 to November 4, 1989. Participants at the conference included the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Shanghai, China, Tianjin, Shenyang, Xi’an, Sichuan, Wuhan and Xinghai Conservatory of Music and heads of music (art) institutes of 13 institutions including Yunnan, Guangxi, Jilin, Shandong and Nanjing Art Institute, as well as 24 directors in charge of music research. Also attended the meeting are “People’s Music”, “Music Studies”, “China Music Newspaper”
