郑垧靖,男,汉族,1971年8月生,云南省龙陵县象达乡人,大专文化,1992年7月参加工作,2001年6月加入中国共产党。生前任中共龙陵县平达乡党委委员、宣传委员、党校教员。2009年12月13日,郑垧靖同志在平达乡河尾村村干部民主评议会暨第三批学习实践科学发展观活动专题组织生活会上作指导讲话时,突发大面积脑溢血,经抢救无效,于次日因公殉职。郑垧靖殉职后,中共云南省委于今年2月23日做出关于追授郑垧靖为“优秀共产党员”称号的决定。6月12日,郑垧靖同志先进事迹首场报告会在北京人民大会堂举行。报告会开始前,中共中央政治局常委李长春亲切看望郑垧靖同志的亲属和报告团成员。李长春强调,要深入开展向郑垧靖同志学习活动,教育引导宣传思想文化工作者学习他忠诚于党、追求真理的坚定信仰,扎根基层、情系百姓的人生追求,脚踏实地、求真务实的优秀品德,淡泊名利、无私奉献的崇高精神,进一步增强做好工作的责任感和使命感,不断提高面向基层、服务群众的能力和水平,扎实推进基层宣传思想文化工作。6月17日,中共中央宣传部发出《关于开展向郑垧靖同志学习活动的决定》,要求各级党委宣传部门、中央宣传文化系统各单位要深入学习郑垧靖同志的先进事迹,大力弘扬郑垧靖同志的崇高精神。
Zheng Juejing, male, Han nationality, born in August 1971, Xiangda Township, Longling County, Yunnan Province, attended the work in July 1992 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 2001. Before his death, he worked as a member of Pingdu Township Party Committee, propaganda committee and party school teacher in Longling County. On June 12, Comrade Zheng Tuan-jing’s first deeds of advanced deeds were held in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People. Before the report, Li Changchun, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, paid a cordial visit to relatives and members of the report team of Comrade Zheng Tui-jing. On June 17, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee issued the Decision on Carrying out Learning Activities toward Comrade Zheng Zujing, demanding that the propaganda departments of Party committees at all levels and all units of the central propaganda and culture system should further study the advanced deeds of Comrade Zheng Binjing and vigorously promote the lofty comrades of Comrade Zheng Zujing spirit.
