近年来,不少研究者从各个不同的关注点对我国农村新医疗制度展开调查和研究,但针对广东省具体某个区域的调查研究却少之甚少。以粤西地区(主要以茂名、湛江和阳江为例)为主要研究对象,对该区域的农村新医疗制度的实施状况进行调查,了解当地农民对新医疗制度的满意度,探究该地区农村新医疗制度在实施中存在的问题和原因,为农村新医疗制度的完善提出可行性的建议。
In recent years, many researchers have investigated and studied the new rural medical care system in China from various points of concern. However, there has been very little research on specific regions in Guangdong Province. Taking the western part of Guangdong Province (mainly taking Maoming, Zhanjiang, and Yangjiang as examples) as its main research object, it investigates the implementation of the new rural medical system in the region, understands the local farmers’ satisfaction with the new medical system, and explores new rural areas in the region. The problems and causes of the implementation of the medical system put forward feasible suggestions for the improvement of the new rural medical system.
