新课程改革犹如一股清风,带来了万物复苏,吹醒了沉睡的思维,和着这轻盈的步伐,有声有色的校本研修活动更为教师专业发展注入无限的生机与活力。在校本研修中学习成长,我更加深刻地认识到:一名好老师,必须有科学的教育理论做指导,必须有勤钻研、善反思的进取精神做动力,必须有扎实的专业知识做支撑,必须有无私的胸怀做底色,方能沧海横流,显英雄本色。
