十八大后,公平与效率问题是当前最关键、最重大的理论问题和现实问题,能否解决好二者之间的关系,事关广大人民群众的最大利益的实现,事关经济发展和社会稳定,事关社会主义政权的巩固。本文紧紧围绕二者的涵义、关系以及处理等三个方面作了一些探讨。
After the 18th CPC National Congress, the issue of fairness and efficiency is the most crucial and most important theoretical and practical issue so far.
