[日本]电动车辆用牵引电动机广泛使用了感应电动机,为了节能,要求不断提高感应电动机的效率即降低损耗。因为在感应电机的定子和转子产生的旋转磁场中,由于结构上产生的高次谐波的叠加,会在转子导体上产生损耗(谐波二次铜损)。所以,为力图降低该损耗,日本铁道综合技术研究所提出了采用新转子结构的建议,即在转子槽内设置空隙。
[Japan] Induction motors are widely used as traction motors for electric vehicles. In order to save energy, the demand for continuously increasing the efficiency of induction motors reduces the loss. Because in the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator and rotor of the induction motor, losses (harmonic secondary copper loss) are generated on the rotor conductor due to the superposition of higher harmonics generated in the structure. Therefore, in an effort to reduce this loss, the Japan Railway Institute of Integrated Technology proposed the proposal of adopting a new rotor structure in which voids are provided in the rotor slots.
