口腔科医务人员长期使用银汞合金,汞污染的问题越来越引起国内外学者的重视。由于银汞合金仍是当前应用最为广泛的一种充填材料,尚无其它材料替代,故对长期接触汞合金人员的毒害亦无法完全避免。汞毒害主要是长期吸入汞超标准的空气而引起对人体健康的危害。在研磨和使用银汞合金过程中散发到室内的汞蒸气最多,现在尚无特殊设备能够清除使用汞合金室内的汞蒸气。目前,有部分县级医院及大多数乡、镇卫生院仍在使用陈旧过时的研钵调制银汞合金,在研磨和使用中及在操作中不断撒落在地面、工作台上的微小汞珠及合金碎屑不断地散发出汞蒸气。对长期在室内工作的口腔科医务人员的毒害最为严重。我科6年前仍使用研钵调制银汞合金,造成了对人体的危害。经本市防疫站专用仪器的检测:治疗室内空气汞含量超过国家规定标准近2倍,长期在室内工作的6名人员,1人尿汞含量已经达到中毒标准,且长期疲倦无力,经常住院和休息;2人尿汞含量接近中毒标准,3人尿汞含量也比口腔矫形医生高出许多。这6人白血球总数
