电力企业越来越注重人力资源对企业可持续发展所起到的重要作用,而合理的薪酬分配,有利于吸引和保留人才,优化人力资源配置,激励员工提高工作效率,有利于提高员工素质,实现自我价值,对企业核心竞争能力培养和长期发展目标实现有很重要的意义。本文通过电力企业薪酬管理的实践,对公司建立与绩效挂钩的薪酬体系进行了探讨。
