我国有0～14岁儿童3亿多,占我国人口的1/3,做好儿童保健工作,使每一个儿童享有基本的卫生保健,是实现这一战略目标的基础。今天的儿童是参与21世纪世界竞争的主力军。90年代开始之际,儿童的生存、发展和权益已引起国际社会的广泛关注。保护儿童的生命和健康,已成为人类追求文明进步的实际行动,已被确认是衡量一个国家真正发展的明显标志。联合国儿童基金
In our country, there are more than 300 million children 0-14 years old, accounting for one third of our population. To do a good job in child health care so that every child enjoys basic health care is the basis for achieving this strategic goal. Today’s children are the main force participating in world competition in the 21st century. At the beginning of the 1990s, the survival, development and rights and interests of children have drawn the widespread attention of the international community.
