四、抓好安全科学用药,推进无公害农产品生产发展随着农业产业结构的调整,农作物病虫草害的防治工作涉及到千家万户,有关农业技术推广部门要进一步认识到安全、科学用药在无公害农产品生产中的重要地位和不可替代的作用,切实增强搞好安全、科学用药工作的使命感、责任感和紧迫感。要使新农药、新剂型的农药,特别是高效、低毒生物农药、植物农药适应无公害农产品生产的需要,并在农作物病虫草害中广泛推广应用,必须要加强对高效、低毒的新农药、新剂的应用技术加以研究,广泛地示范试验,并逐步使农民认识和接受,逐步取代高毒农药的使用,规范农药合理使用技术及其操作规程,以保证农副产品的质量安全。
