农机产业自主知识产权数量较少、质量不高,农机企业对知识产权战略研究与应用不足,知识产权专业人才匮乏,行政管理及执法体制上存在诟病等都有待提高。建设面向中国-东盟合作的广西柳州综合农机产业园,要建立企业知识产权战略规划,做好农机自主知识产权的创新与管理,同时借助健全合理的法律体系,加强知识产权保护意识,进而提高农机知识产权创造、管理、保护、运用的能力。
