三月二十七日至三十日,省林业厅在长春市召开我省“三北”防护林体系建设第二期工程规划会议,会议主要传达贯彻了林业部“三北”防护林体系建设第二期工程规划会议精神;在总结我省第一期工程的基础上,研究和部署第二期工程的工作并讨论修改了第二期工程规划技术方案。我省的第一期工程,截止去年,共造林824万亩,存活面积达608万亩,比国家规定的存活面积多2万多亩,担负第一期工程的17个县(市),有12个县(市)提前完成了任务。在
