1939年云南建第一个水泥厂,电从哪里来?电来自——石龙坝水电站,坐落在滇池唯一的泄水河道——螳螂川上游。滇池属长江水系,在云南九大高原湖泊中面积排老大,约340平方公里。滇池水经螳螂川、普渡河、金沙江注入长江。清宣统二年(1910年)七月,石龙坝水电站开工建设。全部工程耗资60万银元,装机两台,各240千瓦。发电机由德国西门子公司购进,水轮机和调速器由奥地利伏依特公司制造,聘请德国工程师作技术指导。历时21个月,于1912年
