20世纪末以来,我国推出了一系列区域经济发展政策,经过十多年的发展,我国大部分地区的经济开放程度有所提升,区际贸易得到发展,尤其是东西部地区的经济联系得到加强.但是,东部地区的经济开放程度仍然高于中西部地区,形成全国统一市场仍然存在多重障碍.
