本文提出的谷点间距法是一个适合在线测量不透明细丝线径的新方法,它工作的基础是获取并处理激光衍射图样中两相邻暗点(谷点)间距的光学信息。由于测量系统采用了CCD、浮动二值化、有源滤波、单片机等先进技术与先进器件,使得测量结果精确、稳定、可靠。
The valley spacing method proposed in this paper is a new method suitable for measuring the diameter of opaque filaments on-line, and its work is based on obtaining and processing the optical information of two adjacent dark spots (valley points) in the laser diffraction pattern. As the measurement system uses CCD, floating binary, active filter, microcontroller and other advanced technology and advanced devices, making the measurement results accurate, stable and reliable.
