本组系1989年～1999年间收治并获随访的后尿道损伤115例。手术方式:会师+FoIey导尿管牵引术71例,会师留置普通导尿管25例,单纯膀胱穿刺造瘘8例,单纯留置导尿3例,后尿道吻合术8例。随访结果:伤后阳萎26例,发生率为22.6%;采用会师+Foley导尿管牵引术,阳萎发生率仅12.6%,且术式简单、创伤小、术后恢复排尿功能好,是后尿道损伤外科治疗的较好方法。
The group of 115 cases of posterior urethral injury were treated and were followed up from 1989 to 1999. Surgical procedures: 71 cases were treated with FoIey catheterization, 25 cases were treated with indwelling ordinary catheters, 8 cases with simple bladder puncture and fistula, 3 cases with simple catheterization and 8 cases with posterior urethral anastomosis. Follow-up results: 26 cases of impotence after injury, the incidence was 22.6%; the use of clubs + Foley catheter traction, incidence of impotence was only 12.6%, and the operation is simple, less trauma, postoperative urinary function recovery is good Surgical treatment of posterior urethral injury better way.
