电力是企业生产、人民生活和城市运行不可或缺的重要能源,上海电网既有世界先进的特高压,也有大量分布式电源、储能系统,负荷密度居全国首位。为了适应本市供用电领域法制保障需求,2015年12月30日,市十四届人大常委会第二十六次会议表决通过了《上海市供用电条例》,这对于维护本市电力安全、保证电网正常运行,保障供用电各方合法权益,具有重要意义。
