近20年我们诊断 PNH 76例。男54例,女22例。贫血7.5例,Hb 尿49例,出血13例,黄疸40例,肝大19例,脾大15例,符合 AA-PNH 综合征11例,血栓形成5例(7次),DIC2例。外周血见有核红细胞21/67例,网织红细胞增高46/64例。骨髓增生活跃或明显活跃73例,增生低下3例。粒:红倒置66例,红系呈巨幼样变6例,有缺铁样改变12例。8例
In the past 20 years, we diagnosed 76 cases of PNH. 54 males and 22 females. Anemia 7.5, Hb urinary 49, hemorrhage 13, jaundice 40, hepatomegaly 19, splenomegaly 15, AA-PNH syndrome in 11 cases, thrombosis in 5 cases (7 times), DIC2 cases. Peripheral blood see erythrocytes 21/67 cases, reticulocytes increased 46/64 cases. Bone marrow hyperplasia was active or significantly active in 73 cases, hyperplasia in 3 cases. Granules: red inverted 66 cases, erythroid hyperplasia was 6 cases, there are 12 cases of iron-like changes. 8 cases
