本文通过文献资料法,结合自身多年执教的实践经验,对青少年拳击运动员的体能训练进行分析,认为青少年拳击运动员体能训练应包括速度训练、力量训练、耐力训练、灵敏训练等方面。
This article analyzes the physical training of adolescent boxers by means of literature and information combined with their own practical experience for many years, and thinks that juvenile boxers physical training should include speed training, strength training, endurance training and agile training.
